Can a player rated 65 major play for a 60AA team?

My question would be why do we use 14 complexes for the World Masters and only 6 for this tournament. We pay only 20% less per team, yet we are crammed into 40% less complexes.

Too bad the other facilities aren't available. Would make your job(which I wouldn't wish on anyone) a little easier.

In Vegas there were more than 500 teams and nobody played 4 games on Friday. Why are some teams having to that in Phoenix?
