If you want to get a look at the new Miken line I have posted a couple of videos on my you tube channel. Go on you tube and put in Alan Tanner Softball and you will see a video explaining each one and the first video of me hitting the 1/2 ounce end load versiontat I made yesterday. I will be posting the other videos soon for you to see . Miken should be releasing the first shipment around January 22nd or so. If you need more information just pick up the phone and call me.

Forgot to include that the camp location is South County Regional Park right in Vero Beach. 4 very nicely manicured fields and only about 15 minutes from the beach , hotels, and of course the famous Vero Outlet Mall. Bring your wife or girlfriend and make it a mini vacation with a great list of activities and of course Florida sunshine! See you on the field....

Discussion: Senior Spring Training camp

Our Training camp will be in Vero Beach on February 23-25th. If you want individual attention and the most comprehensive senior Softball camp in the country, you will want to sign up now. Cost is $250 which includes our legendary banquet at Mulligans on the Beach. If you want more information or to register give me a call. We only accept a certain amount of athletes so that we can make the experience memorable. Camp is open to males 49and over and females 35 and over....

Discussion: Dudley bat question

If you have questions about any of the 3 Dudley bats or how to obtain any of them you can reach out when convenient. I have worked on and evaluated all 3 along with the Adidas and other brands. Being a bat geek has its rewards.....🤔

Discussion: 2018 Dudley Lightning

Kevin and SK,
Curious if the bats you swung were brand new with no hits on them as the ones I swung? I didn’t get a chance to put enough swings on each model to accurately review the bats fully yet. My short observation was the initial swings right out of the wrapper. I will reply in full detail once I have the opportunity to test the bats more in depth....

I did have some limited time with the new Dudley a few weeks back. It was a little stiffer to start out with than previous versions but the balance point and swing weight felt pretty much unchanged. It appears they might need a little longer to break in than previous models but I would like to spend more time with them before I give a more in depth review. As soon as they become available I will post more information.

Discussion: SSUSA Convention Minutes

The microcell ball by State is a consistently good performing ball in all types of weather. So much so that I used that platform for my own Team 1 Sports Softball. I Give credit to the management at SSUSA for listening and choosing a great product that the players will enjoy using. Great job SSUSA and thank you for creating great events for all of us senior players to enjoy.

Discussion: New Miken Senior line for 2018

Hello Everyone,
I had the opportunity to be at the Softball Magazine Senior camp in Cocoa Beach last weekend. Gene and his staff put on a fine event and we got to debut the new Miken Senior bat lineup and let the campers hit them. One very small tweak and some awesome new graphics and again Miken has a formidable line of bats to choose from. They will again be offered in a balanced version, 1/2 ounce end load, and a full ounce endload. The sound and performance coupled with fantastic durability make these a must have. Shipments begin around the end of January so if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Discussion: WORTH WICKED REVIEW

Can’t you guys be nice even on Thanksgiving? 😂😉
It took me a couple of reads to get it myself but the bottom line is the Worth Wicked is surely now among the best of the best in senior bats. Hope each of you and your families have a great Thanksgiving from the only company in senior Softball open on Thanksgiving Day!

Discussion: Ways to easily identify a full composite bat?

Go to your local Office Depot and buy two different colors of round pricing stickers. They usually have some in very bright colors. Have your league official inspect the bat and put a pink one on the younger guys bat and initial it with a sharpie. Use the bright green for the older guys. We usually put it down on the neck of the bat and they last the entire league. Switch colors for your next league.....

Big Cat
The reports at the field match exactly what you say. The bat is selling faster than anticipated out here due to its fantastic performance out on the field right after they take the wrapper off. Player after player who uses the bat in the game brings his team mates over to the booth to purchase one after they see it in action during the games. The testimonials keep on coming and it's great watching these guys take the wrappers off and smash em during the games here. I'll be at Big League today so come on over and get one before I sell out. Mr. mike Macenko our famous BIG CAT is out here too at various fields as well.. come on by and say hello and pick up one of these as they are certainly the best out of the wrapper senior bat yet.

Yes I am taking credit cards out here at the fields. Miken/Worth is extending special pricing out here at the fields so come on over and take advantage of that and get a great bat that hits right out of the wrapper.

Most of the Team 1 guys are reforming under Kelleher Law Firm. I will be playing for Team USA. Meanwhile....come see me at Big League field of dreams tomorrow and try out the new Worth Wicked. Players that are buying them are bringing over team mates to buy them after they peel the wrappers off and use them right away in the games. The legend of the bat is growing day by day out here...

Come on over to Big League Fields as I will be set up today and just received another shipment of Worth Wickeds and other Miken bats too. I'll be there this morning. Mike Macenko will be at another field and should be posting his whereabouts here or you can call him to find him. You don't want to miss getting one of these bats. The weather has been cool and beautiful and as always the SSUSA is managing another great event perfectly. Good luck to the guys starting the new session today and to the winners yesterday: Congratulations!
