When will you make the decision on which fields the different divisions will play?
Thanks in advance

I resemble those statements.
I am "nuts" but I do love the action on the mound.

Its a bad outcome, but you are correct.
The run doesn't score until he rounds the bases and touches home plate.

I agree about the fields.. They were VERY bad.
We played on the field with all the lights out, it was dangerous.
There are other fields around the Nashville area that are much better.
Hopefully they will use them for the next tournament
We did have good umps (except for the one on Saturday, he was probably the worse one we have had in many years)
It was so bad that both teams were just shaking our heads. Besides being bad, he had a LARGE ego problem.
I was just glad to have a tournament that was less that 6 hrs away.

PS.. When I went to try and buy balls on Sunday, the tournament director told me she was saving the last 3 balls for the major teams.
I flat told her that we were just as important as the majors and paid the same price to play.
She ended up selling me ONE ball.

Discussion: Sad News

Hey guys,
This was at a ISSA tournament last weekend in Huntsville, Al.

We were playing DT Express for the championship.

A DT Express player (Jimmy Young) lost his wife.
She died out in the parking lot in her car watching the game.

Please keep his family in your prayers.

This just goes to show you it can happen to anyone at anytime.

I just thought the softball community should be informed.
We play in different associations and many of us have played against Jimmy for a long time.

Brett Cooper (TN Connection)

PS.. The ISSA director did the right thing and pronounced us co champions with both teams getting rings.

I sent an email to SSUSA informing them the SSUSA tournaments that we are playing in.
I have had no response.
How do I know they received the email?
Thanks
