The Player Release form isn't on the SSUSA website. I asked about it on the message board and some one told me it is on the SPA site. However, that form on the SPA site has the SPA logo and references the SPA. Will that Player Release form work at the SSUSA tournament in Seattle? Or, is there one specific for SSUSA? If so, can anyone tell me where to get it?

Thank you,

Moose11...if you'll email Terry H or Fran, state WHAT you are asking to do. Put in the statement that so and so has asked to be released from team, x, specifics of class, players name, info on player......... that's enough. At least.
it was in April when we needed to do if for a player moving to a new team.

It's NOT ROCKET SCIENCE and shouldn't be.

Good luck

I may be wrong, but I believe you use the Roster Changes form after clicking on "forms" on the home page. Then fax it to SSUSA.

MOOSE 11:
DABX is correct. Write in the players name and ID number and then wite "Released From Roster", then have the manager sign it, then FAX or mail it to SSUSA, and then verify that they got it. I have done this before and for the player that JC24 is talking about. You do not need to call Terry H. unless you realy want to.
