Hi Lefty. The only partial titanium bat that is legal is the Miken MSTC T22C6 Titanium Composite Slow Pitch Softball Bat (USSSA).

Here is what Miken says about it: The MikenĀ® MSTC T22C6 titanium composite slow-pitch softball bat is crafted with a premier composite barrel that's engineered for enhanced strength and flexibility with a large sweet spot. The cold form construction boosts the titanium alloy's mechanical properties to deliver you optimum performance.

PRICE is $450 and from what I know, it has not lived up to it's hype. At $199, the U2 is still the best bat out there.
