I spoke with G. Maas two weeks ago and he felt fairly certain (but not totally certain) that it will be in Mankato, MN in mid to late August.
He said that they would post the final answer on their web site ASAP. www.nascs.org

Donnie;
I spoke with Ridge last week and he mentioned that it would be in either Omaha, NE or KC (Mo or KS?)... on Jul 13-15. I hadn't heard anything about GA... but perhaps we'd make that trip... all depends on which teams will be there.

i spoke to Ridge last night and he said hopefully by the end of this week. He was waiting on a few calls back from the potential sites.
Maybe we will here from Gregg Mass on his date and place.

You can fly into Nashville via Southwest (about 2.5 hours/175 miles). Nashville's nice that time of year.

You asked when the World Series will take place...
The SSWS will hold their Nationals in Mankato, MN. The 50-55-60s will be Aug 24-26 (3 days)... (their web site is www.nascs.org).
Greg Maas said that he's willing to look at better softballs but will still use ASA rules. No seeding games against AA/AAA teams for M/M + teams.
I've never been to Mankato but I'm told that they have a lot of good fields in the area. I believe Greg, like his father, to be very conscientious.
I have also been told the TT will be a 60 team this year and your 55 guys will play with Spicer. Is this correct?
