| May 26, 2016 Mason's Grandpa 29 posts | If I understand the rules for picking up players, To add a player to your roster you MUST be a connecting state. Last time I looked California and Washington do not touch. |

A California team may request to add an otherwise eligible player as to age and rating experience history if that player is in CA or it's bordering states ... Only exception would be if that player has a valid "Snowbird Card" for CA ... |
