Sorry but no. You're in the same "boat" as Playball5. SSUSA denied my request for an exemption for Playball5 because he (and you) live in Vegas and are not in our region (TX or its adjoining states). When a team gets below the roster minimum rule, it would be beneficial for the team and a requesting player for SSUSA to approve an exemption player outside the region as long as that player meets the age and player rating eligibility. Now I'm down to 9 players for Vegas and the deadline has passed to pull out and get a refund.
