Lowering on Rear Leg during Stride & Coil, Key to Developing Power /Exit Speed SM158
Complex stride and connection broken down into 4 drillable parts that become one smooth seamless motion. Lower, as you wind hips and bring hands back. sm158

I use to put very little leg drive into my swing, which wasn’t good for power or my back, then I learned to raise my front leg back, load my rear leg, and driving through the ball. Huge difference getting more mass through the zone on my swings.
