when is the latest a team can add a player to the roster for 40s teams

If the player is currently registered with SSUSA (NOT a first-time signup) AND is otherwise eligible as to minimum age, residency and player experience rating history, they may be added to your roster up to the beginning of your first game in the tournament ... See the Field Director when you check in ... It's a good idea to come a little bit early to give you the time to get it done ... After that first pitch, your roster is locked and NO additions are permitted ... Good luck!
