| Aug. 31, 2007 DPVS 6 posts | We are looking mainly for a couple of players from the Northern Virginia area since that is where most of us are living. And on another note, as I previously stated, you have to be living in a bordering state of Virginia to be eligible for this tournament. |

I am 52.Played 33 years plus in SC and surrounding border states plus ventured out to play in the World Championships in Tenn. Galin area 2006,Reno,NV in July 2007 we came in 3rd place, Tami Blackburn mgr/coach for a tournament team called Bottom of the Fifth but am looking for a team closer to home. I lived in VA 10 years. Family still in the Winchester/Fredericksburg ares. I go their to visit every 6 weeks or more. I work for SC State School System and have the summers off plus can travel with notice during school year for tourneys.I am physically and mentally above average condition for my years. I work out, swim everyday just about plus pick up with teams in summer .I have played all key infield positions . P,2b,ss,3b, anything up the middle. All outfield positions. I am 3rd,4th,5th, in the line up. It depends on what our needs are. I can hit long and short depends on our needs. I love the sport and am a team player with a great spirit.
