Lacy Underall?

I know the person that played her is being sued about some golf tournament that didn't work out in Chicago. She endorsed it, and the people never got what they were supposed to get in the way of travel fees and lodging expenses, and they're blaming her. lol

Okay, Commish, here you go.This actor, first name of Charles. He was in the same graduating class as Dodger great Don Drysdale. He lost his college baseball scholarship due to drunkeness. He does or did his own movie stunts, but paid the stuntmen so they didn't lose any money. Dislikes watching his own films. He almost ran for public office in his home state, then decided against it.

He was forced to knuckle under and then became very unpopular with his former co-workers. (Last clue, been almost two days. If nobody gets it, I'll give the answer tomorrow and try another question).
