UltraII vs. Worth Toxic XXX vs Combat MM
If you had a choice which would you buy for durability, pop, break in time?

Ultra II Black, Gray or Red

Worth Toxic XXX

Combat MM

Any recommendations?

Thanks!!!

A choice of bats is like a choice in fine women. Every man likes the type of woman that he likes!

As for bats - Every man likes a certain feel, a certain pop, a certain sound, a certain touch - Mainly how long will the bats LAST??

As you have read in earlier post - The Reebok has great durability. You make your choice of women - So you will have to make your choice of Bats!

You treat your women right and she will last a long time!

You treat your bat right and it will last a long time and in games - it will treat you right!!

Drop me a line at: treadeast@yahoo.com

We can discuss more off line!

If you're considering the MM Combat you had better hurry. I've been told that there are only a few left and that they are 26oz balanced. The intention is that they will be discontinued and only the grey senior Combat will be offered.
You should email Big D and discuss bats with him.
Good luck!

Just got the hook up on a senior toxic with about 50 swings on it. I took 5 swings with 44/.375 balls. I hit 4 balls about 350 plus. Is this bat that good? Hit with the Miken ultra ll, Ultra ll maxload and the Ultra the day before and they had good pop, but nothing like the Toxic. There is no cracks on Toxic but some paint chip. Will this be a issue in tournament play? What are my options with this bat?
Thanks

I still think, at the end of the day, well over half the bats in any dugout will be Ultra 2s.

My Toxic XXX lasted about a year before it cracked. Black Ultra II bought @ Winter Worlds in Nov. 09 & cracked in May '10. Gray Ultra II SE cracked with less than a 100 swings. Have the Ultra II Maxload with less than 50 swings...staying in the bag for now. My occasional Combat bats (Yellow & Red) are still good. Swinging my 2nd Black Ultra II now. Hoping to buy a Toxic XXX @ the World Championships in Phoenix. I'm 5'10" 190 & swing 27 ounces. EBO in the house!

I have been using my ToxicXXX for BP only for 1 1/2 years, and it barily shows signs of use. While not as much pop as my U2s it does perform like a MM Combat, with the feel of the U2.

If you would like to discuss the Reebok Melee, please email me at ed@ewandrews.com or call(970) 728-3144. I can share what I experienced in Phoenix with mine. I am pleased with it.

I used Mikens for 7 years nothing better out of the box. But I would cracked 2 to 3 Ultra 2 a season, very costly. Now I use the Grey Da Bomb Combat, and loving it. A year later, I still have my first grey combat with well over 400+ swings, just purchased another grey combat and its getting hotter and hotter with 250+ already. Now I’m waiting for my Reebok to arrive next year . For me its Combat, it really does give me the edge, when I’m hitting thru the infield.
