I didn't have one but did use one a few times, the original 510 was a good bat, but sure about later years. Might search on fore for 510 and see what old\newer post are saying.

I had one years ago for 3 years and it was great. Someone made me a great offer on it and I sold it but I recently bought another and it's just as hot! Great winter bat too!

I had a 510 Launch as well. The life of the bat wasn't the best, however, I believe it lasted a little over a year. I loved the bat and it was hot! I would love to get another one if someone can tell me where to purchase it.

I bought 2 a 26 and a 28oz new when they came out. The 26 bit the dust about 2yrs ago the 28 is still going strong with good pop. I dont think it will last much longer 'Good bat'

Bats Unlimited still has the gold Launch 510. $175 as of this morning, I just checked their website. My experience was that they hit well, but didn't last too long.

The orginal Launch was the best bat I ever used...so naturally after mine broke in 2008, I bout 7. I am down to 4, 2 being used 26 and 27 oz, and 2 still in the wrapper. The 27 is a re-release (still pretty hot) and the 26 is and original...been in the wrapper since 2008. My current 27 oz, has lasted about a year an a half now.

Best bat ever.
