Discussion: Ultra II's Why?

I've read all the sites about the pros and cons of the U2, Ok;..it can be a dangerous bat to use, however, none of us are getting any younger, it's fun to hit with and from time to time hit a ball over the fence with it. I think a guy is lying when he says he could care less if he does or not.
I don't hit many myself, from time to time, which..AIN'T OFTEN...it's just FUN!!!!

I love this game and the sun will soon be down on my career, let's enjoy a few PERKS of the game and have some laughs about a few home runs we hit in our 50s and above!
My 2 cents worth...
Keep swing'in it boys...........

We do NOT have a 60's team but DO have a 55's that includes some late 55's age and a couple guys who ARE 60ish.
You could call the 55's coach, Rainbo, cell, 937-307-0383.

Give him a call if your are interested and WE thank you for your reply of interest.

Discussion: Bat Tapers

I believe in last months "Seniors Magazine" there was a section about taping on the handel, only a quarter inch to the handel or half inch...THAT'S IT...
Someone help me on this one to help this guy. I like the knob myself, helps me!

Discussion: 50's AA tourney in Phoenix

Gentlemen...what happened in Phoenix was VERY UNFORTUNATE, no one but the PLAYERS from that team know the circumstances. NOTHING on the board is correct about the situation. Things were handled by the team and the TD in a PROPER MANNER that every player in Phoenix would have been satisfied.

USA Nationals score
Dayton Legends 13
Yeagers Sporting Goods 12

Thank you to EVERYONE for the great times in Phoenix, TDs did an excellent job for field conditions, umpires were awesome! Thanks guys and thank you Terry H. for a GREAT TOURNAMENT....

Manassas tourney Director: I think you ought to take a look at this format given, it worked very well in Michigan, even though we played up all weekend. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. The optic ball was a tremendous help for ALL OF US! The game conditions ought to be for the players advantage. We need some changes and it is NOT TOO LATE to make this happen for June 16-19

Westland...NICE WEEKEND, great job on the fields after the rain. Everyone I talked to on fields had good things to say about you guys!!!!

THANKS!!!

Discussion: Indy event

Great weekend, had fun. I was surprised the field conditions were as good as they were, considering all the rain we had.
A couple things: Don't charge admission for cars! WE,all of us, paid for tourney fees, gas to get there, t-shirts, concessions...come on!
That time limit of 47 minutes by the time the first pitch was thrown. There is no way an entire 7 innings can get played. it is nothing but hurry, hurry, hurry! We get 1hr. 10 minutes every where you regularly play.
Allow AA/AAA to at least have 1-3 home runs. After that a double or single would be fine.
Thanks for all the efforts of the Indy Committee to make this event happen!!!
