| March 20, 2023 Country13 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Music City Got to vent just a bit. The weather forecast only got worse the closer it got to the weekend. In hindsight we should have just got out or just not gone. With the big rain on Friday the fields were Awful. All teams were moved to 1 complex which was a total Mess. Way too many teams at one complex. MAJOR CONFUSION!! Then on Sunday the fields we were supposed to play on really were not playable at all. The temps Sunday at game time were 25 with a wind chill of 14! Pretty Dang Cold. So our team Voted at this point and just forfeit and leave. A lot of money for just 2 -5 inning games in freezing weather. On the good side we did Win both of those games. A lot of bad decisions were made but the worst of those for us were that we went and attempted to play in this one. LIVE AND LEARN. |

| Jan. 21, 2019 Country13 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: How long did you start playing after surgery? Had this done four years ago. Doc asked me to give it four months to mend. I started playing then. Best thing I ever done. Exercising started with therapy was doing one legged lunges at three weeks. Never had a problem. At four months was not yet at 100% took me a year to get there. Do pretty much what I wanted after that. |

| Aug. 6, 2018 Country13 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Eastern Nationals I must agree this was a very well run tournament. The Umpires we had done a very good job overall. Other than really WET fields and HIGH Humidity. We take what the Good Lord gives us. It was a Great weekend of Softball. All Officials were very courteous and easy to talk to. Had a Great Time. I’m from the southeast and we only have 1 to 2 ssusa tournaments here a year. Is a player eligible if he plays with the team in one but not the other qualifier during the season? Or do all players wanting to play in Vegas have to play in the same qualifier? Thanks joe |

All indications are that she can play with the BOYS. No special rules for her she will play just as we do. Looking forward to watching her play. Not a problem with me. |
