I agree Dave. Perfect place for the tournament and the location may help in drawing more teams.

But you have to hand it to Dave for getting the Reno results up so quickly. At his age he has probably forgotten there was a tournament in Vegas this year.

Discussion: Pitching masks revisited

Wore a mask for the first time ever in Vegas. I wore the RIP IT mask. It did not hinder my vision in any way i was surprised at how little i noticed I was even wearing it.

I also sometimes enjoy Dave's comments but not sure his Duh comment fits into that category Ed.
St. George was my first tournament with DP so I missed Bullhead City, but being from Vegas I know some people who have pulled some monster fish out of the river. Keep casting.

I agree Ed. Well run tournament, fields in St. George are as good as any i have ever played on. Teams that skip this event don't know what they are missing. Great way to start the season.

I actually have a 2003 27 oz warranty replacement model, W melted into end cap, still in the wrapper. I think it may be worth a couple bucks.

Discussion: Ulta2 with ASA stamp???

ASA stamp Ultra is the best bat ever made in my opinion. Im lucky that i have a few.
I heard they no longer had the mold of something of the sort but i believe that they aren't interested in selling a bat that performs and lasts. They can make more money selling us two or three new bats a year.

Discussion: Neck Surgery

I had that surgery about 10 years ago. I remember it being about two months or so. I know the first month i spent in a collar 24/7 and then another month or so before the i started taking BP and throwing. The collar was the worst part as you cant drive.

You also have to wonder about team members who would sit by and watch this type of behavior if in fact it happens.
