opposite field hitting
I am a lefty pull hitter, the teams that know me stack the right side, the left center gap is wide open. Need some good tips hitting that way.

Wait a hair longer before hitting or wait for a outside pitch.
Practice both if you do BP anywhere.

As a right hand hitter trying to go to right field...I think the best way to go to the opposite field is to keep the hands back, don't dip your shoulder, think hitting down the line and wait, wait, wait. As a lefty, if there are men on first and/or first and second, heck I would still pull the ball...trying to reduce the chance of a double play. Good luck and practice going opposite during BP.

And be sure to back up a few inches. Most batters seem to stand the same way on EVERY at bat. I sure don't.
