Can't trust Anaconda
I called Anaconda last week seeking an Ultra 2. They checked stock and found one. I bought it. I just called them checking on delivery. I was put on hold. You can imagine my dissapointment when the gal came back and told me that the bat is no longer available! She told me that they can't (won't?) honor my purchase! Damn!!

GOOD REASON TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH "ANACODA" AGAIN!!! SOUNDS LIKE "RIP-IT" BATS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THERE GONNA DO OR SAY!!!

WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT, BUT SOME OF THESE COMPANIES COULD CARE LESS.

I just bought a U2 on ebay. I purchased a lightly used one with the ASA 2000 sticker on it. Paid $175. These older U2's hold up much better than last years no warranty ones. My first U2 lasted 3 years before breaking at the end Sept. I have never been burned on ebay yet.

I also went to E-bay. I was fortunate to find a lightly used bubble U2 for $200. It is now my gamer. I can hit 301' now.

Salio,
I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune, but I know there was 1 bat left last week and when that happens there may be two salesman taking orders on it at the same time. When the orders are put on the system the other guy probably beat your salesman to it. Do you remeber who the rep was you talked to when you ordered it. I bet he does not even know the order didn't go through. We have over 60 sales here and this unfortunately can happen when there is only one or two bats in stock.

But if you want to give me a call directly at 800-327-0074 ext 210 I will make you an offer to make this right if I can.
So give me a call if you can.

Just spoke with Trumpball. I explained my frustration that someone else had gotten my U2. I haven't had any problems with Anaconda in the past, so I was surprised to have a problem now...............Kevin made me a good offer and I accepted. All is well now.

Kevin is a good guy but don't let him know I said that.

I have seen you play you don't need a U2.

TRUMPBALL: Kevin, is one outstanding person. If, I need another SENIOR BAT, it will be a COMBAT. That one that Kevin, sold me lasted almost 500 swings. I am lucky to get 100 swings off a U-2.

As far as distance, the COMBAT, is as good as the U-2. The Vegas Seniors that have brought Combats, are all very happy w/ the COMBAT.

Thanks You... COMBAT & TRUMPBALL (Kevin)
P.S. KEVIN, when can I get an ANTIVIRUS????

GOOD LUCK... The STONEMAN

At the time that I was looking for a 28 oz U2, Anaconda had them for $200. Bats Unlimited want's $289 for one. Too much money for a non guaranteed bat. Guess the day of the $200 U2's has gone by. I will have to see for my self if the hype about the Combat is true. I've heard nothing but good things about it.

When I purchased my 27oz, it was $189 plus tax and shipping, so I'm surprised to see that it has gone up so much. Prior to the U2, I was swinging various Mizuno's which I thought were pretty hot. Got my U2 the result of starting Senior ball and it's way hotter. I may look into the Combat though.

Not surprised the UII is going up, I wouldn't be surprised to see them go up even further, since they announced they were replacing with the Ultra II advanced. You gentleman will not be disappointed with the combat.
