runner leaves base
no outs, runner on 1st and 2nd, batter hits into what he thinks is a double play but umpire calls him safe, he enters the dugout and no one notices until after a pitch is made, isn't he out for leaving the base even though a pitch was made, offense argued that time was called after the play so he could enter the dugout and that he should be put back on 1st? whats the call?

B/R is out....even if time out was called and he entered the dugout once a pitch is made to the next batter he is considered to have abandoned his bag
