just wondering, if a team enters 5 65AAA tournaments wins 4 of them and finishes 3rd in the other are they eligible for a bump-up? To me this is a no-brainer

Being eligible and getting move aren't the same. I know of teams that have won a number of tournaments in a row and don't get moved up. Depends on the size of brackets, runs won by and who you know.

Joe Nap, it would be great if the rules and regs were etched in stone and followed. At this time, that's not happening. You are dealing with a private company that can do whatever they desire to do. Rules or guidelines for movement to another division are subject to their desire to follow or not follow.
JB is partially correct, maybe even more so on who you know....

Depends on where they're from, and who's pulling for them.

JBTexas they were not small tournaments; Top Gun Winter Classic in Hemet, Spring Worlds in St. George, Southwest Championships in Las Vegas, and Western Nationals in Sacramento. Finished third in the SoCal Championships. Just want to know the criteria, if their is any.

Size of tournament and size of their brackets doesn't match sometimes, every few teams in some of Western national age brackets. Add Reno and worlds then many they get some attend.

If you are going to call a team out, just do it by name. This tip toeing around is like saying we could have won if coach had not played his favorites.

This is why I should just call SSUSA and get my answer. Can't have a discussion without someone turning it into a call-out. FYI the team I was referring to is OTE out of Ca. I was just trying to clarify the ratings system. I could care less who we play as I don't live and die with every tournament. I guess some guys just enjoy confrontation. Don't worry you will not see me on this again

OVER time, these type threads drop into page 2 oblivion.
THE thing to do is just wait it out as we
EDGE closer to the World Masters in Las Vegas, right?

It is only a discussion if you provide specifics, other than that, it is just gossip.

Notice a couple of the teams with very deep concern about being moved up before the Worlds have entered Top Gun Tournament as "exhibition" teams.....smart, no more wins to judge them on.

Cureball just to give you an update about playing Exhibiton, we have guys that are on vacation along with some that are working still at our age. So in order to not lose our money we are going to play and pick up some players.

Jerry, good idea. I would have done the same thing. Vacations and injury can cost us fees when we least expect it. Waste not, want not.......
