Point of Contact, Silent Killer of a Great Swing. SM#79
Bret discusses with video overlays, how a good swing may go bad just from an advanced forward point of contact..chasing ahead for the ball....techniques for allowing ball to come back to a squared up position during the lag and snap of the bat head as well as importance of follow thru and wrist rollover.

Bogie,
Another exceptional Swing-Makeover series. Great job by Brett explaining this very important concept that a lot of players misunderstand.
Great episode!

I always find these videos useful and try to apply the information. This particular one is my biggest fault so it's good to get a reminder just to stay back on the ball and make sure it reaches the zone at contact. It makes a huge difference in how you strike the ball. Thanks for all of the videos Bogie! You probably don't realize how many people that they help.
