On a recent bat review by Texas Dave V, he said they use spinner balls for the 1st review and then 44/375s for the 2nd. What is a spinner softball??

The Spinner balls are a little lighter, therefore less likely to damage your bats. The ball still carrys and performs similar to game balls.

Best ball for BP.

The .44/375 has a severity index of 1800 to 2600 this is impact force. The spinner has about 1100 SI so it is much better to hit with senior bats. When I made it I tried to make them perform as well as a .44 but with less damage. Soon you will have another option to chose from.

Kevin, is there any difference between orange/yellow and green/yellow spinners?
BTW, yesterday I broke my 10" 30oz senior gear that I got from you. It had more distance than my other bats.
Hope you are doing well.

Wow that bat lasted a loooong time. So the orange was the first ones I made in 2014 I changed the color in 15 because the colors are more optically similar and you get less eye bounce looking at them. The eye bounce goes away after you see several pitched at you but the green is better for that

It's amazing how long a bat will last if you leave it home!
