BATCAVE, this is a lesson learned for both of you, I would say you are both responsible for the re- coup of funds. Big Mike for not accepting the offer for the FREE signature acceptance. BATCAVE for not requiring a signature, as there was going to be no charge for it anyway , and for not just going ahead and requiring it to cover your butt..both are reputable ,I suggested split the loss and re-settle if the bats would happen to show up. |
