My 50 AAA team is looking for one more fast outfielder to fill our Vegas WMC roster. I can call you after 5 today to discuss, if you are still looking.

Hey Dave.. question on fields... any idea if womens might be held at victory since there's only a dozen teams at this point? There's a good hour plus drive between parks. There's a few of us that can accommodate a good part of our team if so.

Here's the current plan ... And ALL of this is subject to some change as we see what the level of team retention is with this revision ... There were 135 teams entered as of Friday morning (09/04/2020) ... The usual City of Phoenix facilities we have used historically are closed, with no firm estimate of a re-opening date, as of today ...

VICTORY LANE - Glendale
• Men's 50-MAJOR+ (9 Teams)
• Men's 50-AA (7)
• Women's 50-MAJOR (5)
• Women's 50-AAA (6)

EASTMARK, RED MOUNTAIN & SKYLINE COMPLEXES - Mesa
• Men's 50-MAJOR (48)
• Men's 50-AAA (60)

I completely understand moving the venue. That's just changing flights and hotels.
What hurts is moving the date. Some people have to put in vacation requests six months ago.
I hope we can get enough to play.

QPG25 ... only so much you can do when fields aren't available. The parks here in Az are slowly opening. The ones that are open have everyone scrambling to get them. Fastpitch, little league, utrip, asa GSL, WSL ...men's women's coed. Pretty sure that was the issue not moving everybody to St. George as well.

You're welcome SSc10 ... QPG25 ... Almost all facilities in most locations are booked solid every week(end) during the playing season for that geographic area ... When a moratorium is lifted, the first people who get those sites/dates are the entities that had them booked before the shut-down ... Nobody, including SSUSA, gets to jump to the front of the line ... We've been very fortunate to have secured the dates we got in St. George, Kingman and Glendale/Mesa to work as best we can around the complete shutdown in all of Nevada (Reno through Clark County to Mesquite) ... This is high pressure negotiating on multiple fronts from the Governor's Offices on down and we have to be able to react at a moment's notice 24/7 ... We're doing the best we can, and it's pretty darn good so far ... Keep smiling and good luck everyone! ... Thanks for your patience and understanding ...

This change now conflicts with the Bullhead City tournament going on the same weekend. Pretty lousy to schedule over another tournament!
