Iron-ing things out
I found out that I was iron deficient
and may have been for some time
which causes fatigue and dizziness.
Within 2 days of taking some iron pills
I was feeling dramatically better.
I remember the term anemia or anemic
thrown around a lot when we were younger
but that's in fact what iron deficiency
brings on.
A word to the wise...

Hope you asked your Dr. if this may have resulted in the desire, need or craving for the
Lively bats and balls forever.

Stay healthy Joe, that is all we really have to keep going.

taits jumped ahead of me on my thoughts on peculiar cravings and needs.

einstein, here's hoping you get your iron balanced soon and can maintain it. You are a joy to watch and to play against, especially when feeling your best, not fatigued.

Stay well.

Joe use caution when taking Iron or any metal mineral, too much as we age isnt good for the heart. Remember all things in life need balance.

Thanks for the advice and good intentions
guys.
John,
I think you're right about too much iron.
It leaves a metal taste in your mouth.
I did some reading as a result of your
admonishment.
Thanks a ton.
See you Phoenix.

I had low iron levels whrn trying to donate blood. Research on line said drinking too much coffee can inhibit the bodies ability to absorb iron from a normal diet. I stopped drinking coffee everyday-still have it occasionaly- and my iron levels went up to where I was good to donate blood again

Frisco I think you better back off the Iron and start taking a laxative that your brain will clear and you might start to make sense.

You're a pathetic piece of crap
who's affording me great publicity and reach in the senior community
as I'm hearing
from many members at local NorCal tournaments and on line,
for compared with you
I look utterly fantastic.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
