SSUSA- I think you've found a great home for this tournament. The hotel rates were great and plenty of things to do when not playing. My team played at Rotary Park and it was not the best
we've played on but the quality staff you had on site made up for it... very well run. I could see it getting way too hot, later in April. Congrats to
AZ Elite and great to see all the other
teams... West Coast, Tucson Bandits and those pesky dudes from Vegas (After/Party).
Again, great job.

Johnny, I agree-we had fun despite the 100 degree heat on Sunday (two cars on the team registered 100-mine is always pretty accurate). It was well run and the venue is fun. We played at Ken Fovarge park

Congratulations R&R double nickels winning 55 major-----welcome to major plus????? LOL

We had a good time as usual, but Rotary Park was pretty bad. I'm talking about the outfields. I do not think this complex is worthy of a TOC qualifying tournament. Burnt grass, rocks, weeds, and holes. Congrats to Az. Elite. A really good team.

Hi Dbax, Johnny Hose and Webbie, great seeing all of you at park or Harrah's this past weekend. Playing 4 games in row Sunday with the 100 degree heat was very tough on us (CJ Express) Just being able to share time and compete even shorthanded was fun. We are blessed to be able to be on the field and wish you guys well in Major Webbie. You are a great bunch of guys to play against.

As an umpire this weekend I wanted to extend a well done to all the teams that played in that heat. I was very impressed with the effort and professionalism that you guys displayed out there. It was 100 degrees at Ken Fovarge (sp?) park yet no one quit or gave up.

Nicely done gentlemen and ladies.

GI-you guys played like the true champs you are. Even after all your games in that heat, you were still coming at us in the end. Always a pleasure to play you guys. True sportsmen!!!

I wanted to say hello and wanted to congratulate the winning teams, the umpire staff and the SSUSA staff for working hard in Laughlin to accomodate all the teams. I also enjoyed meeting a number of guys whom I had never met before. It was pretty cool to be on the Colorado River for a few days. I was glad I could help out some of you guys and gals.

Hey Ed, can you get me a 26oz & a 30oz Reebok Vector 2010 model? Anaconda Sports are sold out on all the weights. Not a bat in stock.

Hey Webbie, congrats on winning. Has John D. gotten over my little April Fools joke about moving up to Majors? BTW when r you guys moving up? Give some of these other AAA teams a chance to win a tourney you guys are in. See you at the Chili Pepper.

any one have an idea why Combat people never showed up at the other field in Bullhead. I know our team CJ express have been waiting on our Combats for two months now. I think I will just order mine from Rusty at East Valley Sports so I can get one.

Webbie, yeah I did several of your games at Fovargue Park. I was the big umpire that took the tumble on the bat kicked under my feet Saturday morning.

Happy to say that I came away from that event without any injury.

I had a blast down there this past weekend. Meeting everyone was good, the games were great to be a part of, and we just won't talk about the weather.

GI, Krista, from Combat, stayed down at Rotary Park the whole weekend. She was actually giving hitting tips to a bunch of the guys and got up and hit after Saturdays action. She lit it up with her swings. I don't know why she didn't come down to our fields but she was pretty busy there on Friday when I saw her.

GI: You can reach Christan at cdowling@combatsportsgroup.com. As you can imagine, she was pretty busy going between Kingman and Bullhead City.

Hope that information is helpful.

Dang, I thought Christan spelled her name with a K...my bad.

Webbie, I hope to continue calling games as well as playing for some time to come. I'll catch up with you soon.

Our 50+major team is the Southwest Legends with players out of Las Vegas and Utah. We will be at the Rock N Reno tournament over Memorial Day.
