| April 20, 2017 Fabe | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: ACL Surgery Follow up Had a full reconstruct done to my left knee...I rehabed hard, even let my wife bend my heel to my buttocks to regain the flex I had! That was painful....in 8 months I was using a sleeve on my knee n playing ball at 80%. I still surf winter waves, train n if course play softball without any restrictions. In fact surfed all morning today n had a playoff game against really fast young guns! Train hard n push, follow the advice given by your experts n the results will amaze you! Aloha, Fabe |

I just turned 60 n tho I train in a serious way (because I enjoy surfing winter waves!), have decided not to play against those 10yrs younger than myself. But due to number of teams n lower rangings, I am having difficulties playing with guys my age. Oh well, I will continue to pursue teams I can play with due to my ambition to play!
