Im confused about the trump rock balls.Which one is the best one? Our league is going to use them this year and i wanted to get the best ones.Is there a big difference in them ive only seen the ISA approved ones and ASA approved ones. The ones weve gotten so far are the ASA ones but we havent hit them yet.

Our league just decided to use trump rocks this year and i would like to know which 44/375 ball is used in tournaments. I know its a great ball but is it the ASA ball or is there a different 44/375 rock.

Discussion: knee problems

I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same problem im having right now .Im sixty years old lift five days a week and have always had a big leg kick in my swing, ive always hit with power and swung fairly hard.Im 6ft2 260 pounds. This fall i have had serious knee pain and found out probably will need replacement surgery if not by next year then certainly soon after. Anyways my problem is that towards the end of this year because of knee pain i noticed i didnt have that high kick anymore and my bat speed had seriously dropped off alot of times even though they werent hurting. I think in my mind i was worried about it hurting so i found myself hitting off my front foot losing power.I would like some feedback from anyone having these issues and what they may have done to solve it. Thanks
