neck10 has the right idea.

If the fences are brought in far enough, then there will be no need to shave bats.

So how will SSUSA know when a player is doing this?
And what is the penalty if he gets caught?

Discussion: Shadow Rock Complex

Maybe SSUSA should post which age groups will be scheduled to play at Shadow Rock BEFORE any teams sign up to play in Las Vegas tournaments. Let the teams know what fields they will play on and what they are getting into ahead of time.

It was a joke that with all that wind and the beyond belief crappy fields at Shadow Rock that the umpires were checking players to make sure they were wearing their ball cap correctly.

Watched and played in many, many games...never seen it happen!

If it is a senior moment then a ball glove or some other item that could be dropped in the base line.

Don't know if would want to run bases with dangerous guys like that on the field.

Discussion: Release of new Miken Ultra II Black

I don't get it!

If the Ultra II Black is just a 2 piece version of original Ultra II Black and costs $30-$40 dollars more.

Just buy the Original Miken Black Ultra II.....

It is the bat standard that other bats are compared to!

Thanks..

I never used it.

I'm guessing the bat didn't live up the hype.

Was the bat any good?
